Along the Ledeganckkaai in the southwest of the city of Antwerp, this residential complex of no less than 144 apartments emerged from the Nieuw-Zuid site. They all have access control via FERMAX KIN touch panels at the two entrances and NEO monitors in each of the apartments. In addition, all residential units also have basic home automation functions.
