Luxury flats with perfect integration of videophony and home automation

Residence Park Boulevard is a prestige project consisting of 39 luxury apartments in the heart of Mol. This is a good example of a perfect symbiosis between DOBISS home automation and FERMAX IP videophony. This integration results in a high degree of comfort for residents. Operating the home automation functions as well as answering the doorbell can be done via the MEET IP monitor by Fermax or simply via smartphone. The DOBISS NXT server enables advanced home automation functions, such as managing temperature zones, linking with audio or wireless applications, voice control, etc.
