A splendid example of future-proof living. Construction company Top Home Building and installer Innotech joined forces for this innovative building concept of stacked villas in Rumbeke.

In each of the 23 apartments, we find a DOBISS NXT server, with DUOX videophony integrated into the eSafe letterbox system. With a smartphone or tablet, each resident can manage their apartment, whether or not at home. The installation can be adapted per housing unit to specific needs and wishes. Setting the temperature for 4 or 5 zones? Operate sunscreens? Intelligently manage the audio system? Connecting to wireless applications? Everything is possible, tailored to each resident.
