Terraced house with phased application of home automation
For the renovation of this terraced house in the centre of Aalst, a forward-looking modern electricity installation was chosen. All lighting points were connected directly to the electrical cabinet and meter in the basement.
Cables were foreseen for sun screens on the large south-facing windows and for the cupola, which can be added to the DOBISS system later. The attic will only be finished in a few years, but the flexibility of the DOBISS installation will allow the lighting points and push buttons to be seamlessly integrated into the existing scenarios. This terraced house shows that home automation need not be complex.
