Compact home with pavilion in the garden
The house was designed for a retired couple who sold the spacious older home to live the rest of their lives closer to the city centre.
Thanks to energy-efficient technologies and sustainable building principles, this house achieves a particularly low energy level of E-13. DOBISS home automation takes care of the management and automation of, among other things, the lighting (with relay modules and 0-10V controls for dimming), both in the home and in the pavilion in the garden. A heat sensor was also installed for temperature control. The residents receive a notification when the temperature is too low. Operation is via the MEET Milo Black videophone screen.
