Small-scale residential complex with extensive automation

This project in Wielsbeke was carried out by installer Innotech, in collaboration with architect Mieke Cosaert.

In each of the 8 apartments, a Fermax MEET system, consisting of the KIN panel and 8 WIT monitors, were combined with an advanced Dobiss server. This offers residents numerous options for automating the electrical functions and allowing them to work together optimally, with customised mood scenarios and remote control.
