92 apartments in a green oasis near Brussels

Residence WEZO is a project consisting of 92 bright, spacious apartments equipped with basic home automation by Dobiss and DUOX PLUS videophone by Fermax.

This progressive project focuses on nearly zero-emission buildings (NZEB). The apartments have an E-level of no more than 30 and are equipped with sustainable techniques such as solar panels. The unique mix of green zones with public and private areas creates great opportunities for gathering, experiences and sustainable energy use.
